They were NOT available at retail stores and only given as gifts to Ty Employees during Ty Employee Party at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, IL. Each bear is numbered and personally signed by Mr. Warner. Very limited quantity! Only 696 bears were produced! This particular Billionaire 6 Bear presented in this auction is soOOoo BEAUTIFUL and PRISTINE! He is number 409 of 696. He's been authenticated by Pbbags, sealed inside an acrylic case with the Certificate of Authenticity and graded MWMT (Mint With Mint Tags) - Museum Quality! Notice that the date on the Certificate of Authenticity is 10/1/2003 which means that this Billionaire 6 Bear was only outside the acrylic case for 18 days (from the day he was given as a gift by Ty Warner to the day he was authenticated/certified) and has spent the rest of his life inside this acrylic case protected from air pollutant, dust, dirt, smoke, etc. He is literally brand new with beautiful original sheen!
