-Antique/used condition with wear, including:
     -There are stains along the bottom of most of the pages. The stains smell like cat URINE.  I am selling this book with this damage, only because it is so rare. I do not know how you would be able to get the scent out, so it is being sold AS-IS.
     -Wear to leather cover- front & back has discoloration & wear; wear to leather along edges; Spine cover is missing, but book is intact
     -Wear to insides pages include: name of previous owner inside cover & opening page- see pics 6-8
     -The first few pages have small creases on bottom corner
     -2 pages discolored from paper being left between them (see pic 11)
-Book has wear & is sold as-is.
