Condition: Phone does work but does have some problems. 1. It appears the back cover was replaced. 2. The vibrate function does NOT work. 3. Some of the sound does not work. Sound when you press buttons or dial a number does not work, but sound when listing to videos you recorded does work. So not sure the exact issue. 4. Signal quality is poor. Understand what you are buying. Sold AS IS with NO returns.

- All international shipping is done through the eBay Global Shipping Program. All shipping fees and import charges are paid up front to eBay.

- Express mail is 1-2 business days on average. Does not guarantee next day. There are no refund for shipping if an item does not arrive on time. This is out of my hands.

- A full refund will be given for a defective item. Items must be shipped within 3 business days after a RMA is issued for the item, otherwise it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
