This console has no issues and has been factory reset.. comes with HDMI, power cord, ethernet cord, and 3 games.. cyberpunk controller also comes with it. The controller has upgraded carbon fiber style thumb sticks. Played just a few times since purchased and have  no time to play anymore.. cyberpunk game does not come with the bundle.
