About my items…
• They all come from a smoke-free & pet-free home.
• I will be upfront with you regarding an item’s condition. More often than not, my items will be in excellent condition. If they are not, I will note any issues (e.g. cracks, chips, repairs, etc.) in the item descriptions and/or pictures so you will know exactly what to expect.
Shipping…
• Items will be shipped once payment is received, typically within a day.
• I want you to be completely thrilled when your item arrives; therefore, I pack with care. However, if an item is damaged in the shipping process, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible. Before discarding anything, be sure to take photos of the package, packaging, and damaged item so that I can process your return and file a claim with the shipping provider. The post office will require this when I file a claim.
• I will do my best to combine shipping on multiple items if they are purchased in the same transaction. Note: This sometimes comes in the form of a refund for a portion of the shipping charges.
Refunds…
• Refunds are only offered if I have grossly misrepresented the item. Please contact me to help resolve any issue you may have with the item.
