This is the original deep groove Van Gelder-stamped pressing of Dizzy Reece “Asia Minor” on the purple and silver labels of New Jazz NJLP 8274.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; three inaudible splotches and an inaudible scuff on Side B; perhaps played once.  The coated textured cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; light discoloration on the bottom portion of the front; ¼” bump at the opening corners.  Personnel include Cecil Payne, Joe Farrell, Hank Jones, Ron Carter, and Charlie Persip.  $200.00.
