Many MSI computers are being damaged during shipping because just their GPUs weigh almost as much as your old computer did.  This one is verified by a 30-year master computer technician and brought back to perfect working order. Our standard is to just replace any non-working part with brand new.  

Known problems:  None, had to replace the video card with RTX 3060.   Glass has a 4 inch scratch along the bottom of the panel. I could not get a picture to show it.  There may be scratches or dings I didn't find.

Testing Process:  CPU,GPU. Memory tests. MSI Kombustor burn in for a whole day.  Test every port and connection.  Play Fortnight, Blizzard games while running YouTube for music in the background.  Because I can prove this machine works flawlessly, if it arrives to you damaged, your protection is the shipping insurance.  We will file a claim.   Please contact me immediately and we will work to resolve issues.

To keep your cost low I will recycle shipping boxes.  Don't judge the book by the cover.  Carefully open glass panel and set it aside.  Remove the foam pack before turning it on.  Keep the unit closed.  Heat management designed for proper airflow. Notice the easy upper and lower removable dust shields. Don't overclock it!  Trying to bump an extra percentage or two of voltage is why most computers get to the repair shop.

Factor in your shipping cost. The machine at 38lbs and will include Insurance.  Please consider this an as-is, out-of-warranty purchase.
