History: The American Tract Society was the result of a merger between the New York Religious Tract Society (est. 1812), and New England Religious Tract Society (est. 1814). The Society's original address was 87 Nassau Street in New York City, but the house number changed over the years, to 144 Nassau Street in 1827 and to 150 Nassau Street by 1833. This volume was published sometime between 1827 and 1833.
