WWI US or coalition pilots leather flight coat with belt. This is a well-used but not abused and RARE period original piece with the original belt. There are some markings in the coat but not sure what it says. Sorry but I don’t know whose coat this was or even if it was US or British or French but probably could have been used by any of them. The coat has a wool lining and is quite heavy for the open cockpit but what you needed at the time. This is a very rare coat seldom seen these days so bid with confidence. These have never been common so bid away my friends.
