Here you are looking at SBF-5089, InGaP/GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC Amplifier from RFMD. A Darlington configuration designed for broadband performance up to 500MHz with excellent thermal performance. Only a single positive supply voltage, DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor, and an optional RF choke are required for operation.
These chips are new old stock (NOS) in original sealed tape with device marking "BF5", so bid with confidence.
