Shipping Information:

·       Books are typically shipped out in 1 business day but please allow 1-3 business days before attempting to reach out about shipment concerns.

·       Combined shipping is an option for those looking to save on shipping costs through either partial refund after the transaction or through an invoice prior to payment.

·       The majority of books will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. However, higher-end purchases and/or graded books will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

·       Comic books are packaged in a bag and board, placed between cardboard pads, secured within Gemini mailers, and shipped with a water-resistant label.

·       Graded books or higher-end purchases will be packaged more securely than normal, using with extra bubble wrap or padding.

·       Shipping prices are as follows:

Standard Sized Comic Book - $5.95 + $1.00 thereafter

Oversized Comic Book - $5.95 + $1.25 thereafter

Magazine - $5.95 + $1.25 thereafter

Graded Comic Book - $14.95 + $2.00 thereafter

·       FREE SHIPPING on orders?

1.     Exceed a total of $50.00 (excluding shipping costs)

2.     Ungraded books that exceed $100.00 and graded books that exceed $1000.00

3.     Qualifying for certain promotions or coupons sent out

Payment Terms:

·       All purchases must be paid in full within 3 business days from purchase date unless requesting an invoice.

·       Purchases that are considered expensive (see free shipping) will be given additional time to pay.

·       If payment cannot be made within the given time period, then the order will be cancelled unless extenuating circumstances are made aware to the seller.

·       Refunds are offered on items that do not appear in the same condition as listed or are damaged via packaging methods. Damages that occur during shipping will NOT be refunded and the buyer must follow up with the shipping service.

Presale Information:

·       Presales are for items that are sold in advance before an order is placed with our distributor and slated to come out in the following weeks.

·       All presales are NON-REFUNDABLE because after an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order placed with the distributor. In layman?s terms, orders placed are determined by presales made.

·       If an item comes from our distributor damaged, then there are three possible courses of action:

1.     The item will still be shipped as long as it still fits within the condition given. For instance, if a book comes in with a minor crease but is still NM and the description says ships in NM, then the book will ship but you will be notified of the damage.

2.     If an item comes in and the damage goes beyond that guaranteed within the description, then a partial refund will be offered and, if accepted, will be shipped out.

3.     If the partial refund is not accepted, then a full refund will be issued within 3 business days of contact.

·       A confirmation message will be sent to the buyer for any presale giving expected ship date and other miscellaneous information.

·       In order to comply with eBay guidelines, presales outside 30 business days will be marked as ?shipped? but the actual item will be shipped on the official release date.

·       Any questions, comments, or concerns are welcomed, especially when it comes to presales!

Seller Information:

·       In compliance with local and national regulations, sales tax is charged on items and vary depending on the buyer?s location.

·       Prices for comic books are lowered to compensate for this additional, unexpected charge for the majority of books.

·       Typically, listings are posted on the weekend and do not have any specific way the comic are listed. Sometimes modern books will be listed, and other times it may be silver age depending on the market.

·       Discounts and special deals are offered for those who are returning customers. 10% off qualifying orders is the general discount given.

·       Returning customers must provide some evidence of a past purchase. Order number, past messages, or packing slips would all work.

·       Odyssey Comics and Collectibles is our official name, and it is in rural mid-Michigan.
