This nicely decorated holiday candle was most likely created sometime in the 1980s-90s. The candle itself is made of some type of acrylic or plastic that has been painted a cream color. The wreath base appears to be made of green wood shavings glued together on a green wood base. It is decorated with very small translucent glass seed beads, and a yellow fabric ribbon. The piece is unsigned.
