We always send Mint or Near Mint condition items. However

Due to printing errors under manufacturing process problems,

and differences in press time, the photocard might look slightly different because of minute pixel differences.

The cards cannot be always the same. The colors vary depending on the printing time temperature and machine condition.

It can never be the same as the 1st print, 2nd print, 3rd print , and more. In some cases, cutting can be different

Later Press Version Photocard is different from the first Slightly.

There can be minor marks, imprints, scratches, and press marks

Custum and Import Tax

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

and these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Policy

We only ship item to your Paypal verified address.

All items will be shipped out within 1~2 business days once the payment has been cleared.

Specified shipping time includes only actual delivery time. The duration does not include weekends,

the custom clearance and other potential delays such as your location within the country.

Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns anytime within 14 days period, but we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

If your package is returned to our store as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the resending shipping cost.
