Vintage City Snappers that have clearly been repaired.  I didn't perform the repair, but upon inspection, the boots do appear stable and wearable. They are shoe goo'd pretty good as there is no separation. Velvet uppers still in nice shape. Inside zip is smooth and works fine. No damage to interiors. Clean. About calf height. These are tagged a size 9 though they seem on the smaller side. Sold as is. Please review photos. No box. Approximate measurements below. Thanks for looking.
