This vintage leather limited edition from The Franklin Mint is in EXCELLENT condition with no markings made inside or out and no attached bookplates. The spine hubs have minor rubbing, and there are a few tiny scuffs to the cover as pictured. Nothing major by any measure, but it isn't totally flawless. The inside, on the other hand,  is... and this is an astounding edition of this classic literature. Many, many, almost ubiquitous illustrations of a very high subjective quality. This 50 year old book may actually be unread. The gilt on the text block is near pristine, and the paper is very crisp. The leather on this edition isn't the typical kind you would expect as a book binding. It is more of a suede.
