We test each guitar (e.g. buzz, sound test, workmanship) to be in good condition before shipping. When you receive the guitar, if you have some problems, such as retuning the strings, or if you are not happy with our guitar, please let me know immediately and we will do our best to make you happy.

But don't worry, we can offer a very low value invoice that you can pay with little or no tariff. Before you buy the product, you must consult the local customs about the tariff.
Shipments from the United States usually arrive in 1-10 days. We ship via US Post and China Post. We will provide you with a tracking number, you can easily monitor the delivery progress on the website.
