    What is a radiator?

     

    The radiator is the core component of the cooling system, and its main role is to protect the engine from damage caused by overheating.

    The radiator transfers the heat generated by the engine to the outside world through the coolant, keeping the engine within the appropriate temperature range. The internal structure of the tank is designed with zigzag pipes, electric fans on the back, and water temperature sensors that work together to minimize the temperature of the coolant.

     

    Radiator replacement method?


    1. First remove the bumper
    2. Make sure the engine and radiator have cooled and drain the coolant from the radiator
    3. Remove the upper and lower hoses of the radiator and the radiator support, then remove the radiator and replace it with a new radiator

    4.The radiator is divided into three installation methods: same side in, same side out, different side in, different side out, and lower in and lower out

     

    Notes:

    1.project operation, the vehicle normal temperature 60 to 80 degrees

    2.add detergent if the tank is too full can take some antifreeze
