Bruce Anderson 1915-1986 was a Studio Potter at Pond Farm at Guerneville, California and received his training by none other than  Marguerite Wildenhain.

Just a handsome piece and can be used for a miniature vase or trinket dish, or for display. 

This piece does have several 4 tiny chips to the rim, 2 on the base, please see photos. This was considered when listed.
