This house is the Claremont Dollhouse by Earth and Tree Miniatures that has been customized. This house is electrified and has over 30 bulbs. Runs on a 20 watt Cir-kit transformer with a built in circuit breaker. There is even a light in the oven to make the cookie sheet on the top shelf more visible. The fireplace uses the CK871 12v flickering unit to provide a realistic fire to the house instead of the usual flashing lights. This house sits on a permanent base with a landscaped yard. The house has many decorative accents such as wallpaper, chair rail, window trim, Victorian bay windows, and porch / balcony. Floral vines, bushes, trees, a walk way, and fence surround this beautiful home. This is a custom and one of a kind dollhouse that was altered from the original kit.
