This antique Victorian era green white striped silk taffeta Fleur-de-lis embroidered belt trim skirt dates from 1890. It is made of a gray, white, emerald green color ombre striped silk taffeta fabric with olive green silk trim edging the bottom and a multicolored hand embroidered French knot accents decorative Art Nouveau Fleur-de-lis design with gold metallic thread, pearly moonstone cabochon beaded trim around the waistband. This stunning striped skirt is a long full floor length, with a ruffle trim edging around the bottom hem, front side small slit pocket, an attached altered replaced decorative embroidered belted waist, hook snap closures on the back and is fully lined in a brown polished cotton fabric. The skirt measures 39 inches long, with a 26 inch waist and 60 inch hips.
