All items are certified by my jeweler. “item as not described” should never be a reason to return an item. If there are concerns around the item being different than the pictures and description, I may have my jeweler write an appraisal ensuring the item is correct within original description.
Returns
Per Ebay’s new return policy, I will be charging a minimum of 10% restocking fee on all returns including “Item not as described” returns. Restocking fee may reach up to 50% which will be determined by shipping costs, wear, tear, and damage caused by purchaser.
International Sales
All International sales will be shipped through Ebay Global Shipping Program ONLY. The fee will be added to the item cost by Ebay, not me. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duty charges.
