Hello eBayers, this auction is for a vintage authentic Rolex Datejust 36mm in the two tone variant of gold and steel. This watch features an Automatic movement and based on its serial it is from 1965. Please refer to the pictures, you will be able to read the serial as well.

One aspect that set this watch apart is that it comes with its original steel and gold Rolex bracelet. This is the 7206 oyster riveted bracelet that is also used in Rolex GMTs from the 60s. This bracelet by itself is currently posted for sale here on eBay for $2500. This bracelet currently has nine oyster links.

Another cool feature of this watch is that it features the coveted "alpha" hands.

In addition to the watch and the bracelet, I will also include eight new Hodinkee leather straps that combined retail for over $1000. These straps were carefully chosen to match this watch.

I will also include the original Rolex green service pouch with this set.

This is a very special watch that is running keeping time. Next year it will be 60 years old and it still has plenty decades of life left. I love this watch but I am selling it because I am closing on a property this summer and I need the funds; otherwise I would not sell it.
