An antique Bohemian hand painted enamel black glass amphora vase.

this vase is antique Victorian 1880-1900 era.

this stunning antique vase is hand blown black glass with intricate hand painted enamel blue birds & flowers and gold coloured gilded decoration, the vase has applied glass handles....beautiful Victorian Bohemian enamel painted black glass.

vase measures approximately-

245mm tall

104mm across widest point at handles

75mm diameter at the base

38mm diameter at the rim

This vase was made in Bohemia/ Czechoslovkia....I am not sure on the maker as similar styles were made by Harrach, Moser & Other Czech glass factories of the era.

condition- the vase is in good condition although has some of the enamel & gilding decoration slightly worn off in places, has scratching to underside of base and also has minor fleabites to the inner rim (see last pic).....other than that lovely condition.

Displays beautifully.
