You are bidding on a beautifully preserved pair of vintage JBL L100 Century floor speakers.
L100 Century speakers are the consumer version of JBL's famous 4310 studio monitors. The sound quality is outstanding and what you expect from top tier JBL speakers with deep and well defined bass accompanied by clean and crisp upper frequency reproduction.
These L100's have been carefully tested and are in excellent working order. All drivers in both cabinets are working as they should. The foam trim rings for the tweeters have been replaced with aftermarket (and new) trim rings. The original foam grills had deteriorated so we custom built grill inserts for the walnut grill frames which are held in place with Velcro fasteners so you can easily remove them if you decide to install aftermarket foam grills. They really look great just the way they are.
The cabinet tops have been sanded to bare wood and professionally refinished with excellent results as you can see in the pics. These speakers make a wonderful visual impression!
