this is a used item by the looks of it, the fan inside has some dust, but it is fully working, infact i can still see the light the blinded me when it popped on and i turned it off quick. so i am temporarily blinded by the light right now  .. wow is that bright !!! now ill be honest i know nothing about these things, it looks to be complete, there is a separate hanging kit included as shown. if thats complete its all good.. if not. sorry,  it is how i got it .. the fan makes the noises and the light works fine.. sold as shown without reserve.. any questions ?? please ask before bidding and make sure you are happy
