This dress is in excellent used condition.  My daughter only wore it one evening.  It comes from a pet and smoke free home. 

The size tag was removed (she had such an issue with tags!), so I am not certain of the size, but I feel pretty confident that it is a 10.  The measurement across the waist is 15 1/2 inches.  The skirt (from the bottom of the bodice) is 24 1/4 inches.

This is a gorgeous dress.
