You will receive a potted plant (blooming or about to) around 6 inches tall in a 4 inch pot with potting soil. To grow as a marginal pond plant, wash the potting soil from the roots and re pot in a larger container with an aquatic potting media before placing it with roots below water or slightly above.

We SHIP PRIORITY MAIL which means you receive your order in 1-4 business days, which means your plants have the best chance of arriving HEALTHY! Plant shipping will be on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays only in order to avoid perishable plants from potentially sitting in shipping hubs, trucks, or warehouses over weekends. Any orders made on Wednesday or after will be shipped the following week.
Plants are shipped bare root (unless stated otherwise) and trimming off leaves may be required to accommodate shipping. We take great care in how we package your order, but please be aware of your local weather, temperatures, etc. please request a heat or cold pack ($3.50 each) if extreme temps are expected.

Proper packaging is important to us and we want you to receive your order promptly and in excellent condition, we take great care in how we pack your order and highly recommend USPS Priority Shipping. If damaged goods are received, please notify us IMMEDIATELY, a photo of the damaged plants will be required as proof, we may request a return of the damaged goods with postage paid by the customer. Any refund or replacements can be negotiated.
HEALTHY PLANT PLEDGE
We grow our plants indoors in healthy conditions in aquariums and other containers, and outdoors in container ponds and in our greenhouse. Great care is taken to send healthy specimens only and thoroughly clean them before shipping, but We DO NOT guarantee any plants to be completely free of snails or algae which are a part of a healthy ecosystem.
