How long should I receive my order?
All orders will be processed and shipped
within 1 business days after we receive your Completed payment
from Paypal. It will then take about 3-5 business days for you
to receive your order depending on your location. We're shipping
from California.
How can I get the
tracking number?
We normally ship by Fedex and Fedex will email you a tracking number
AFTER we processed your order. We will send you the tracking
number to the email address which you have registered with Ebay.
A lot of the times this kind of emails will be filtered to your
Junk/Spam mail box so before you email us for tracking number,
please double check both your Inbox and Junk/Bulk/Spam mail box.
What should i do when i
receive a wrong, defect, damage, or dissatisfy product?
If the product you received is not what you purchased or it
function as intend due to manufacturer's defector whatsoever
reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is
necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem
before we issue a return label for you. And we must first
receive the product, and examine the defective item before an
exchange, or refund is processed.
When you received a damage or loss package, please email us
immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP.
Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim
against the carrier. Replacement item will be shipped out after
we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However,
if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost
package. For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an
exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.
Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original
condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never
install). If buyer change their mind during or after the
Purchase, return will be accepted within 60 days from the
purchasing days and 15% restocking fees will be charged. Seller
will not provide Shipping Label or shipping reimbursement if the
product was undamaged, as described, or defected.
What happens if the item
is returned by carrier due to wrong or insufficient address?
If an item is returned to our company due to wrong or
insufficient address, buyer has to pay for reshipping fees.
Why it says "Billing
Information Received" by Fedex and no further tracking
information?
Our company will process your order very fast and we will
generate the Fedex shipping label prior to actual shipping.
Processing an order is a lot faster than pulling the actual part
in the warehouse and packing your order so it may not be shipped
in the same day that we processed your order. As a result, some
Fedex tracking numbers will show " Billing Information Received ".
This tracking number will be valid when Fedex picks up the package
and normally it will be picked up within 1 business days as we
have mentioned above. Therefore if you see your tracking number
shows "Billing Information Received", you do not need to contact
us immediately in the first business days.
If the order is shipped by USPS, for example,
PO Box, PR, HI, VI and military addresses, the USPS tracking
numbers will only show that the label is generated. USPS's
tracking function does NOT show the progress until it's
delivered, please be advised about that.
