US Shipping: FREE Shipping

We Ship with Standard US Postal Service UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground Services. USPS standard shipping is valid only to the orders first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S.. Following authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Sales tax will be calculated and presented during checkout and prior to payment.

Returns must be in a "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

• Contact Us and obtain RMA number from us (all packages without an RMA# will be rejected and sent back to sender)
• Put the original packing slip in the package
• Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
• Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account minus the shipping portion that was used to send the item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for credit to be posted on your account.
