Be aware of the following:
§ Received Wrong Item / Not as Described: We're humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them, in a way that the buyer prefers. If the item received was wrong or not the same as shown in the product listing, we will require you to send actual photo/s of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be certain and for record purposes.
§ DOA / Damaged on Arrival: We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused during shipping, please provide us photos of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.
§ Defective / Incompatible: We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We might require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item so we can compare and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide an RMA Number if needed.
If offer is accepted by either party, please pay immediately. If not paid within 24 hours, offer will be retracted.

Batteries are NOT guaranteed. When they leave our facility they are working.
If you take the system outside of the United States, we will not pay for your return shipping to us or our shipping back to you (in the event of an exchange). You will be fully responsible for all International shipping charges, duties, taxes and fees.
If your system is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be given until the shipping company has decided the claim. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage that you report more than 3 days after delivery.
Also, we do not have a price matching policy. The price you purchase the item for on eBay is the price that you agree to pay. We will not price match to a lower price.
Anything over $100 in value requires a signature for delivery.
