The watch come with original Universal mesh bracelet (like exactly picture).

As you see the watch have special case back can see through crystal to see movement.

Let I explain and tell my oppinion.

When the first time I see the case back like that I think the case back is remade to see movement like customize of old owner. And we can find some seller sell the customize case back NEW in eBay fit with Universal Polerouter.

But when I deal with a seller and handle the watch and take the look closer. I found some sign of Universal in case back.

- The first sign is a part of logo "U" inside case back and a part of the text "Stainless Steel" out side case back and the style of case look like Original Universal case back.

=> So that time I think the case back is made by old owner by customize Original case back Universal.

- The Second is Serial number out side case back. Buyer can see the Head of number 8 in Serial number. It lies over the thin edge, small slot to install the Crystal. So what does it mean?

If old owner take customize by Original case back and with picture like that of Serial number the number 8 of serial should be mising part the Head. But it still have full 8 ad the Head of number 8 lies over the thin edge, small slot to install the crystal, that mean the crystal in case back is made before the Serial number adding. And only Manufacture brand can do that. 

It happen again with number "2" and number "9" in serial number. The head of number "2" and "9" is lies over the thin adge, small slot to install the crystal like the same way with number "8" but number "8" can see better in the eyes when look closer.

If anyone try to redone like this How they can add serial after and made hard way 3 numbers líe over the thin adge?

It is really hard to do by person, it need high technich of manufacture.

And if any one have expensive technich like manufacture how theu can add serial number after? 

One more, I bring the watch to watch maker and ask about the case back, all tell the crystal is nearly perfect balance with case back. And the thin edge on the shell to place the crystal in high quality, even, solid. That is hard to build by normal person and need high technich.

=> That time I believe it can have change to be real.

- The third, when I research about the display version it truely have in history and we can find some example of Omega Seamaster and Wyler Incaflex when the brands want to show the movement how it work and how it beautiful. This display version like that produced very small version and hard to find.

=> That is why I think (in my oppinion that can be happen with Universal). But I am not sure.

Note: No redone to make value because I don"t have any technich to do this. And with my experience and some friend, if any one try to like this they will buy new customize case back better than try to do this and How they can add Serrial after??

- The dial have some old or dirty near center (like exactly picture) but I don"t want to clean or renew to keep the vintage color of this watch. Dial turn to webb syle so it really cool to collect.

- Crystal is old and have some scratch base on view but still good to use and have "U" logo at center

If buyer don"t like the watch please don"t buy.

I am not push to sell. Just telling my oppinion like many collector do and the watch is special than normal in any ways.
