Old store stock is has been setting on store shelves may have been collecting dust for years or touched by hands, fallen on floor, or been in containers with other garments. In any case the garment is old & may show these years, as it is very old & has not been washed or cleaned. Any old vintage retail price tags do not reflect the value of today. Vintage sizes were based upon sizes of past when customers wore their clothing far smaller & tighter than today, the measurements I provide are for best fit but are only "approximate" not an exact science and may vary some. I am not the manufacturer & do not assume responsibility of fit, that is the responsibility of the customer to use the offered approximate measurement. 
USPS shipping costs have risen drastically. Ebay rules indicate tracking is mandatory as proof of delivery so a simple envelope with a postage stamp will not suffice in accordance and must comply with ebay and paypal rules. Store returns charge recover the original shipping fee paid. So you should understand this is based upon the condition item is returned in & how much was paid to ship this item to you the buyer.
