This is a Hi-Lo black polka dot print skirt by Forever 21 in excellent pre-owned condition. Skirt is lined with side hook and zipper closure, and has an underskirt.

Size tag states Large but may fit other sizes as well- please go by the measurements.

Waist  31”

Length  17” Front 35” Back

Fabric content is 100% Polyester . All items have been freshly laundered, and unless otherwise noted, are machine washable. Care tag on this says HAND WASH.
