Check back on the item if you see the B2G1F in the title.
2- You Must add 3 promo "Buy 2 Get 1 FREE" items into your cart at minimum, 3 items. Otherwise, Ebay checkout will not recognize your order as a promo. Therefore, no discounts or freebie will be applied. Once a order is placed I cannot edit it and add and remove items. You can add as many items as you want in 3's to get the freebies.
