If you can not reply to the engraving proof we send within 2 days after purchase we kindly ask to purchase when a reply can be made within 2 days. Engraving proofs not approved by shipping deadline will be engraved with the text just as received

 We will no longer cancel/refund orders for not replying within 2 days after purchase.

We reserve the right to refund your order if there is no way to engrave an extremely large amount of text on a plate purchased or it's very obvious there are errors and no reply to messages is received.
