Wild Fable Blue & White Floral Mini Skirt Size L

This is new without tags.  It is 100% rayon and can be machine washed, tumble dry.  This is a light blue with white flowers, elastic 2.5” waist with 3 flounces.  It is a mini skirt but could very easily be worn as a strapless top.  It measures 18” from waist to hem and the waist is approximately 34” unstretched.
