Used Sotheby's and Bonhams Auction Catalogs but in decent shape with
complete covers and seem to have all pages intact. The Sotheby's one has
one page with a crinkle and two folds (page 107).
Signs of minor use and scuffs to be expected. But, despite these things, these
are very acceptable books.
The ArtCurial one from a Paris auction house has maybe a dozen
pages with folded corners and a split on the spine, so that is just included
with the others as a bonus. It is in both French and English.

For heavy things like this, it is a good economical way to go.
