This isn't vintage but it's from the early 2000's probably as it was my daughter's and she's now an adult. It's so cute! I don't think she ever wore this. It looks new. It was stored inside so it's not dry rotted or anything, looks pristine! I didn't have a child hanger so it looks a little wonky in hanging picture.
