In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

  • Ideal for when you want classic military tactical style and or need warmth and protection, these British Military DPM Temperate Woodland Camo Smocks/Field jackets are designed to withstand harsh winter conditions. Its water repellent outer shell, constructed of a durable cotton/nylon blend. Made in the UK by British Government contractors to exact British military specifications. Top of the line British Military quality. Note that these are called Smocks by the British Military which would be considered a mid-weight field jacket here in the U.S.

  • Body fabric is medium-weight wind resistant and durable material and works as part of the layered clothing system adopted by the British Army. Also ideal on its own for summer wear. This jacket features: cotton/nylon blend construction, full zipper closure front, two large zip chest pockets (one on either side of central zip), one commando-style chest tab for rank slide, two large expandable button down chest pockets, two large expandable button down waist pockets, tall zip-up collar, drawstring waist and bottom hem, velcro close cuffs. All buttons are slotted tape buttons which do not fall off.
