Unless
otherwise noted, all items are unopened and unused. Items may show
signs of wear or handling from handling in a retail environment,
warehouse storage, shipping, and/or from the manufacturing process. Due
to the volume of items that I sell, the exact item received may differ
slightly from the item that you receive. The item that you receive will
always be the same item that is listed, but it may not be the *
exact* item in the photo(s).
Shipping:
All
die-cast items will ship in a box with ample packing to protect the
item. Sealed sports and collectible card game products will ship in
either a
box or bubble mailer based up the item's packaging and with ample
packing to protect the item. All packages will be shipped with USPS or
UPS based upon buyer location and shipping rates and will insured for
the full value of the item in the event of loss, damage, or theft.
General:
Due
to the nature of the manufacturing and distribution process, I cannot
always guarantee that Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and other die-cast
collectibles will have pristine cards/packaging. I buy 99% of my
products direct from wholesale distributors and even items that are
fresh out of the case can suffer from mild to major imperfections. It is
an unfortunate part of the nature, nostalgia, and charm of these
items.
I do my best to ensure that all items
that are sold are in the best condition possible and will not sell any
items with major packaging defects. With that said, I understand that
many who purchase my products are sealed product collectors and desire
items that have near mint - mint packaging and I always do my best to
accommodate those types of purchases.

Returns:
I
understand that sometimes things happen or that items might not always
meet our needs or expectations. While I am happy to work with you to try
to make things right, I am often not able to accept returns due to the
price of my items and the cost of shipping.
If
your item is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out and I will
work with you to either provide a refund or replacement.
