This is a beautiful hand painted GWTW banquet/parlor lamp that came from an estate in central PA and is in good condition with no issues.  This lamp has a base, a shade and a chimney.  It measures 23" to the top of the chimney and about 10" across the widest part of the shade.  It weighs 6 pounds.  Please see the photos.
