Warranty is also excluded from electrical items like ECU's and ABS Units that require recoding or aligning to your Vehicle as we have no way of telling if that has been carried out ineffectively.
Free P&P is for England and Wales only, but may also be applicable to Certain Scottish Post Codes. Due to Courier costs delivery to areas outside of England and Wales can be considerably more than we have allowed, we may send you an invoice for the additional amount through PayPal and if you are unresponsive we reserve the right to cancel any transaction. We make an allowance for shipping services at cost price so we cannot afford to make allowances for this.
We aim to use the most convenient courier service for your particular item, most items are small enough to be handled by our next day courier that has an excellent tracking system that allows them to contact you via text message and email with a one hour delivery window on the day of delivery, if you do not provide this information if there are any problems our courier and ourselves will not be able to contact you and we will not be held responsible for any delays in receipt of your items. There are some instances where size, weight or location may mean using another courier, this can cause a delay in the delivery process by one or two days but is more cost efficient allowing us to keep delivery charges down, thus allowing us to pass this saving onto our customers. Please note that for security reasons we can only send items to a CONFIRMED PayPal address. With especially large items (Engines and Gearboxes for example) we understand you may require us to send these to a different address, we can make arrangements for this, although payment may have to be made via Bank Transfer and you would have to wait for this to clear before any item would be despatched. Circumstances such as this will be weighed up on a case by case Basis, we encourage you to call us so that we can discuss your options.
Phone Numbers MUST be provided upon completion of purchase to assist us and our courier to contact you if required, this is especially important in the case of large items that will be sent via pallet service as this carriage provider usually like to confirm a delivery date and other details.
Pick up may be arranged, but please double check that this is okay before attempting to purchase or placing any bids, you will have to pick up during our hours of business (Mon-Fri 9-5:30, Sat 9-1) from our trading address as detailed at the top of this page.
Unfortunately, as a rule, we refrain from international shipment, although Europe will be considered, please check before bidding/buying so we can advise you of availability, expected shipping times and cost. We will require the FULL destination address to do this.

Returns for items no longer wanted must be within 7 days of receipt. Items purchased in error are subject to a handling charge, this varies depending on initial cost of the item. Items that are Faulty or Not as Described will be checked and tested once received and will usually be subject to a Full refund.
Items damaged in transit must be notified to ourselves ASAP and photographic records provided to allow us to process a claim and send a replacement item out to you, in some instances it may be required for you to return the item before a replacement or Refund can be arranged.
All other returns must be within 28 days at the buyerâs expense and items must be returned in good and proper packaging and in the condition received and will be subject to a handling charge.
Return Postage costs are usually non-refundable (This will be at our discretion)
Handling Charges Vary and are inplace to cover the Free Shipping we offer and Labour involved in processing and checking returned items.
Items listed as 'Spares or Repairs' are non returnable, and ALL Items must be returned with Proof of Purchase, by Proof of Purchase we mean a copy of our Company Invoice/Receipt. Returns will not be processed without this Documentation (PayPal/eBay printouts are not acceptable proof of Purchase)
