Electro-Motive Division (EMD) GP7 #615 of the Columbus and Greenville, circa 1980. This was a former Florida East Coast unit which was purchased in 1978 by the CAGY to help replace it's SW fleet. The fireman's side number board on #615 is a little different than the other ex-FEC units. It looks like it might have been the consequences of fire damage based on the photos I can find, but I don't know for sure. They may have simple run out of numbers and had to piece meal something together.

My mugs feature original illustrations that are all based on actual locomotives. I strive to be as accurate as possible with each one, whether it's the location of grab-irons, or unique details such as a bent door handle. Coming from a model train background, I like to think of it as precision modeling… on a coffee mug.

All mugs are produced by me personally using a process called sublimation printing, where the image is "baked" into the surface. This makes for a finish that is much more durable and scratch-resistant than just a surface print or paint.

They are microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and made of high-quality ceramic. Available in 15oz Black or White.
