Womens size 14, measures about 22" long from back of neck to bottom hem and 21" across the front waist

The dolman style batwing sleeves make measuring across the chest and sleeves irrelevant

Soft white nylon windbreaker type material with blue ribbon accent, inside is soft knit lines

Has a dark spot on the front and damage at a seam in the back

Elastic in sleeves and waist is no longer stretchy, could be repaired and replaced by a seamstress
