It is a single sheet of paper folded into 4 pages – the music and lyrics printed on the inner two, and back pages.
 

It can be used for its sheet music, or would look stunning framed as part of a retro décor.

Measures 28 x 22 cm.

It is in very good vintage condition.  It has minimal wear and tear. There is a stamp of the retailer on a bottom corner, and small stain near the middle of the spine, of the front cover.
