This is a customer returned product that we have tested all elements and found no operational issues. The only problem we have noticed, was 2 cuts on the carry cases of the soft boxes from when the shipping box has been opened (the soft boxes haven't been affected) but no other issues have been identified. Overall visual condition is excellent, having very little to no signs of previous use.

The remotes have been tested and are working as intended.
