please get in touch with us if you wish to return your order for any reason. If an item is faulty we will bear return postage. The buyer pays return postage if the item was ordered in error and is unopened. Please contact us first for a return number before requesting a return via eBay. If an item is returned without an RMA reference we cannot guarantee a refund.

We are proud to work with HP in the Planet Partners recycling program and with Canon UK and Europe recycling. All empty Ink can be returned to Cartridge King at no cost to our customers.
