My home is smoke and pet free. Please look at pictures closely for details. I take pride in providing high-resolution photos in natural light from a Canon Rebel DSLR camera. Please ask any questions. SHIPPING:   In most cases, if I receive payment by 8 p.m. Central time I will take your item to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx Office the next day. If you need shipping expedited please contact me prior to bidding/purchasing.

International SHIPPING:   We use eBay's International Shipping Program for International purchases, which manages the shipping and customs process for our customers. You pay directly to them for the Shipping and Customs before shipment.  Therefore, your item does not have to go through the waiting process of customs payment.  This expedites your item's shipping.  You will also receive tracking for your item.
