My own opinion about this headset...
I have one of these Voyager Focus headsets myself which I have had for about 3 years and it is my go-to headset everyday at my home office and for travel to the workplace as well. It connects so quickly once my computer boots up and even with my phone too it connects in about 3 seconds from being switched on. The folding ear-pads mean I wear it around my neck all day and then lift it on to my head when there is a call and you can configure it to auto-answer or answer by pressing the button located on the earpad where the microphone arm is. I wear glasses and the microphone boom arm is the perfect size so that I can move it up in to the vertical position and it doesn't catch on the frame of my glasses unlike the new model Voyager Focus 2. This is a fantastic headset! And with Microsoft Teams functionality it just works seamlessly with Teams.
