This is a comic of The Amazing Spider-Man No. 340 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Oct., 1990.  The grade is probably at least a Very Good but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The book is complete and intact.  It has been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
